Treatment conditions and salary bonus
Monthly salary of 210,000 yen to 440,000 yen
Estimated annual income: 3.5 to 6 million yen
Annual income of 57.8 million yen or more is considered to have worked for 9.5 hours under the discretionary labor system.
As a fixed overtime fee equivalent to 30 hours a month, 85,000 yen a month to 88,750 yen a month will be included in the salary.
Extra wages for late night work and holiday work will be paid additionally.
