インサイドセールス・営業サポート

【配属部署】
営業：9名
サポート：1名

当社へwebエントリーがあった登録者に対して、登録面談の調整（電話・メール）業務を行って頂きます。見込み客（エントリー者）に対して質の高いアポイントの獲得をするのが目的です。

■架電
登録者に電話をかけ当社サービスの概要の説明を行いつつ、
登録面談日の調整を行って頂きます。

■受電
当社サービスへご興味を持って頂いた方からの問合せ対応を行って頂きます。
サービスの概要の説明を行いつつ、登録面談日の調整を行って頂きます。

■メール
電話が繋がらない登録者の方へメールをします。
また、登録面談の日程調整・確定連絡のメールも行って頂きます。

■管理業務
登録者の進捗などを専用のシステムへ入力頂くなど管理業務を行って頂きます。

ITエンジニアに特化した人材事業を行っています。

1)アウトソーシング事業
自社エンジニア、協力会社エンジニア、フリーランスエンジニアを含めて
現在250名体制・50プロジェクトを手掛けています。

2)教育、研修事業
無料スキルアップ研修や、企業の新人研修を請け負っています。
Java/PHPプログラミング研修所「プログラマカレッジ」、
Linuxサーバ研修所「エンジニアカレッジ」を運営しており、年間1000名以上のエンジニアを輩出しています。
また、2018年12月からはCTO/テックリードを育成する「OCTOPASS」を運営しております。

3)webインテグレーション/受託開発事業
現在社内開発エンジニア10名体制で、主に成長企業のwebシステム開発を手掛けております。

・BtoCの営業経験

Job Description

For registrants who have made web entries to our company, we will perform registration interview adjustment (phone / email). The purpose is to obtain high-quality appointments for prospective customers (entrants). 

■ Call the caller registrant to explain the outline of our service and adjust the registration interview date. 

■ Receiving inquiries 

We will respond to inquiries from people who are interested in our service. 

While explaining the outline of the service, we will adjust the registration interview date. 

■ E- mail will be sent to registered users who are not connected. 

You will also receive an email for schedule adjustment and confirmation of registration interviews. 

■ Management work 

The management work such as inputting the progress of the registrant into the dedicated system.

Hiring requirements

■ Required items 

・ Calling service, those who are likely to be able to make sales movements 

■ Welcome if you  have the following experience 

・Customer experience at mass merchandisers and mobile stores 

・ BtoC sales experience 

・Experience of study abroad counselors 

・ Life insurance, etc. Sales
