Job Description

As an intellectual property manager for agricultural machinery, you will be responsible for patent applications, licensing, and research.

3. Follow-up of the technical department (development department) from the intellectual property aspect 

* As an intellectual property manager for agricultural machinery, I will follow the development of the technology department from the intellectual property aspect. We will engage in intellectual property activities according to the progress of development themes, and will lead to the acquisition of patent rights. Another important role is to conduct patent infringement investigations and eliminate the risk of infringement of other companies’ intellectual property.

Expected annual income: 4.5 million to 8.5 million yen

<Initial salary> 

Graduate graduate (master): monthly salary of 237,000 yen / University graduate: monthly salary of 217,000 yen * April 2017 results 


<Annual income reference example> 

27 years old: University graduates 5 million yen (including various benefits) 

35 years old: University graduates 7 million yen (including various allowances) 


Salary increase: Once a year (April), Bonus: Twice a year (June, December)
