Job Description

You will be mainly responsible for internal control and internal audit work. Hiring requirements

At least 2 years of experience in internal control

4. Accounting knowledge, legal knowledge (deep (Basic knowledge to be able to communicate equally with audit firms, not specialized knowledge)

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Estimated annual income: 5 million yen to 6.5 million yen 

* Determined according to company regulations, taking into account hopes and experiences 

Twice a year, commuting allowance (upper month 50,000 yen)

The salary includes the following fixed overtime. 

– Annual salary of 5 million yen: monthly salary of 387,500 yen / inclusive 45 hours fixed overtime fee of 100,800 yen 

– Annual salary of 6.5 million yen: monthly salary of 498,400 yen / inclusive 30 hours of fixed overtime fee of 94,700 yen

– annual income of 6 million yen Less than: Work style / regular system, unpaid overtime / 45 hours (excess portion is paid) 

– Annual income 6 million yen or more: Work style / planned discretionary labor system, unpaid overtime / 30 hours

内部統制・内部監査業務を主にご担当いただきます。守りだけでなく、攻める内部統制・内部監査として、形式の整備にとどまらない事業の成長を加速させる風土・組織作り、業務プロセス運用の強化を含めたマネジメント、実務をおまかせします。

1. 内部統制体制の構築および運用
2. フローチャート、業務記述書、リスクコントロールマトリックスの作成
3. 内部統制の運用・整備状況の評価、改善提案
4. 各部門への内部監査の実施、内部監査報告

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：500万円～650万円
※希望や経験などを考慮し、同社規定により決定します。

月給に下記固定残業代を含んで支給します。
年収500万円：月給387,500円／内45時間分の固定残業代100,800円

年収600万円未満：勤務形態／定時制、含み残業時間／45時間（超過分は支給）
