Job Description
You will be responsible for one or a combination of the following, mainly in the origination business at the Investment Banking Headquarters .
[Concrete operations]
1. New customer development for M & A bunker M & A transactions (especially M & A sale), proposals and negotiations with customers
2. Equity finance
listed company customer development, proposals to customers (rights offerings, warrants) , CB, etc.)
3. securities collateral loan
customer development, such as listed major shareholders of the company, proposed to the customer
4. other Products and Solutions
factoring for customer development, proposed to customers (medical institutions, pharmacies and nursing care businesses, securities Structured finance such as LBO loans, real estate collateral loans, real estate brokerage, etc.)
Hiring requirements

Those who have at least 3 years of experience below
1. Responsible for business corporation coverage at a bank / securities company
2. Responsible for business corporation coverage at a financial advisory company
3. M & A brokerage
