Job Description

You will be in charge of an iOS application engineer for Rakuten’s “Super Point Screen” service for smartphones. 

[Business description] 

・ Architecture design, application development / test / troubleshooting, service operation, operational improvement proposal (DevOps) 

[Development team features] 

The development team is close to the business division and is actively discussing opinions This is a style for function development and function improvement. At present, we are focusing on the O2O business using Geo data, and we are developing and developing services using location information data. 

Therefore, we are looking for engineers who can make solution proposals based on statistical information and location information and speedy development cycles. 


Through Rakuten Super Point, mass-produce the connection between users and clients and become a media platform that creates a happy experience. 

[Characteristics of this position] 

Android / iOS apps are released for this service, APIs, business tools, etc. are operating as back-end systems . Launched in July 2015, the service is now in the service growth phase with the goal of further business expansion.

Selection process

Document selection → Primary interview: Department member → Secondary interview: General manager of the composition department → Third interview: Managing director → Appointment 

(It seems that you may meet other members before the interview with the managing director)
