Job Description

In preparation for the future expansion of the organization, in order to establish a new intellectual property team that makes strategic use of intellectual property, we will take charge of the following operations and leave the team up!

・ Intellectual property strategy formulation for each service 

・ Patent research, analysis, portfolio creation, invention discovery, application / intermediate processing (mainly patents and trademarks) * Cooperated with patent office. 

・ Utilization of rights (external negotiations, dispute resolution, etc.) 

・ Rights clearance, etc.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Monthly salary includes no overtime for 20 hours a month (payment regardless of overtime work, full payment in excess) 

Salary form: fixed salary system, salary system: monthly salary, bonus: twice a year, salary increase : Once a year (May), commuting allowance
