同社のITシステムインフラの、企画・開発・運用を担当している部門です。

同社のインターネットサービスを提供するさまざまなシステムに対し、ITインフラの設計・構築、およびその後の運用対応を担当していただきます。また、今後のあるべきITインフラの設計、計画、セキュリティ施策の実施についても携わっていただきます。

【必須要件】
下記すべてを満たす方
1. 商用向けWebシステムの構築・管理経験2年以上
Webミドルウェア（WebLogic、WebSphere、Apache、Tomcat、JBossなど）や、DBソフトウェア（Oracle、SQLServer、PostgreSQL、MySQL、Auroraなど）の導入・管理経験
※特にDBソフトウェアの導入、設定経験
2. ITシステムの運用業務経験
変更管理や問題管理などIT運用管理のプロセスにのっとり、自身がリードしてタスクを進めたことがある方

【尚可】
1. クラウド環境を使用したITシステムインフラの構築・管理経験（AWS、Azureなど）
2. ITベンダーなどで実際に顧客向けプロジェクトに参画し、ITシステムインフラの設計、構築を実施した経験
3. 基本的な英語でのコミュニケーション能力（英語の技術書を読む、メールや電話会議でのやり取り、海外出張の経験がある など）

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：400万～700万円
月給：33.3万～58.3万円
※残業手当：月25時間相当の固定残業代として、月額5.1万円（年収400万円）～8.9万円（年収700万円）を給与に含み支給
※職務手当：月額2万円（年収400万円）～3.6万円（年収700万円）を給与に含み支給

昇給・昇格年1回（7月）、賞与年1回（8月/利益連動制）、通勤手当（全額支給）

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

– Expected annual income: 4 million to 7 million yen 

– Monthly salary: 333,000 to 583,000 yen
