Sales that “matches” both companies that require engineers and engineers who are searching for the best workplace.

First, approach to the company. Basically, it is an email / phone approach. There is no dive. One or two appointments can be made for 10 approaches. Approaches include companies that actually use systems, etc., and major SIers (system integrators) that are entrusted with development by companies. 

* As every company suffers from the shortage of IT engineers, appointments are easy to take.

■ Visiting companies and interviewing needs (2-4 cases a day) 

Visiting companies that have made appointments , interviewing human resource needs, development environment and working environment. 

■ Matching companies and engineers We will match 

the needs of the companies and the engineer’s wishes (workplace, “I want to do this development”, etc.) and match each other’s wishes. 

■ We will follow up after an after-follow 

contract has been decided and the engineer has started work. Visit the company regularly to see if both the person in charge and the engineer are in trouble.

Make use of the experience, hear better projects than customers, and propose proposals, staff plans, project plans so that you can participate as a manager in that project Through trial and error, you will step up to sales that aim to complete the project .
