Job Description
In charge of operations support at the IT Strategy Department, which plans and introduces IT systems across all business divisions of the company.

1. Support from introduction to operation of customer management system developed in-house 

2. Response to inquiries from the field 

3. Response to errors and failures 

* Customer management system used mainly in the dispatch department This is a business to expand horizontally to other divisions.

Hiring requirements

[Required requirements] 

1. Excel usage experience (function use) 

2. Careful and calm communication skills [more acceptable] 

・ System development knowledge, experience 

・ Understanding of the structure of dispatch business 

・ Labor standard law knowledge 

・ Customer support experience

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Expected annual income: 3 million yen to 360 yen 

※ on the experience and capability consideration, defined by the preferential 

※ (payment in additional excess) in including the fixed overtime of 45 hours a month annual income 

in the annual salary system (12 division Pay), twice a year (April / October), promotion (as needed), full payment of transportation expenses (up to 50,000 yen per month)
