Job Description

We will introduce and sell the company-made resin sash “Shannon Wind” used for windows in houses to construction companies and construction companies. 

[About customers] 

The company’s products will be introduced to major contractors and high-end construction contractors. 

About 70% are route sales, and most of the new sales are echo sales for customers who have made inquiries. 

[Sales style] 

The company’s recognition in the industry and the superiority of its products are high, making it easy to make proposals to customers. 

It is a style that builds a relationship of trust carefully and has a long relationship with you, so there is no such thing as a suggestion. 

We visit customers in charge regularly to check the status of the products they have introduced and introduce new products using brochures. Around 4 companies turn around in a company car per day. 

Even if there are no projects in charge, it is important to visit regularly so that you can build a close relationship on a daily basis, and to create a relationship that is easy to hear and depend on when something happens. 

[Working environment] 

The office staff will support about half of the preparation of the estimate and ordering work, so you can concentrate on sales activities without being overwhelmed by complicated work. 

An educational environment is also in place, and senior employees teach one-on-one how to work. First of all, we are in charge of existing customers who have been handed over from seniors. It is safe because you are already a customer with a trust relationship. 

Senior employees will also accompany you to visits.

Hiring requirements

The above annual income includes a uniformly paid housing allowance of ¥ 8,000 and a sales allowance of ¥ 15,000.

【岩手】法人営業 (ルート営業メイン／有形商材)

【配属部署】
営業職と修理部隊を合わせて9名のチームです。
20代前半から50代までの方が所属しています。
また、岩手営業所は同じ建屋の中に花巻工場もあるため、製造チームと連携しながら仕事を行うことができるのが特徴です。


建設会社や工務店に対し、住宅の窓で使用される同社製の樹脂サッシ「シャノンウインド」を紹介・販売します。

【顧客について】
大手の工務店や高級住宅を手掛ける工務店へ、同社の商材を紹介します。
およそ7割がルート営業で、新規の営業もほとんどがお問い合わせのあったお客さまに向けた反響営業です。

【営業スタイル】
業界内での企業の認知度と商材の優位性が高く、お客さまにご提案しやすいのが魅力です。
じっくり信頼関係を築き、長くお付き合いをしてもらうようなスタイルなので、ガツガツと提案してもらうようなことはありません。
担当のお客さまを定期的に訪問し、導入した製品の様子を確認したり、パンフレットを使って新製品の紹介をしたりします。1日に4社程度を社有車で回ります。
また担当している案件がなくとも、日頃から密接な関係を築けるように定期的に訪問し、何かあったときに聞きやすい、頼みやすい関係をつくることが重要です。

【働く環境】
見積書の作成や受発注業務は内勤スタッフが半分程度サポートしてくれるので、煩雑な作業に追われることはなく、営業活動に集中できる環境です。
教育環境も整っており、先輩社員がマンツーマンで仕事の仕方を教えます。まずは担当するのは、先輩から引き継いだ既存のお客様です。既に信頼関係のあるお客さまなので安心です。
また訪問にも先輩社員が同行します。
