【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収:450万円〜600万円
月給:200,000円〜300,000円
※基本給:180,000円〜240,000円 / 諸手当:20,000円〜60,000円などを含む

賞与:年2回(昨年度実績3ヶ月)、通勤手当(50,000円まで支給)、残業手当(課長以上は管理監督者のため無)

【福利厚生】
社会保険完備(健康保険、雇用保険、労災保険、厚生年金)、家族手当(配偶者手当:10,000円、子一人目:3,000円、子二人目:3,000円)、手当(役職手当:32,000円(課長)、出張手当(規定に伴い支給)

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements]

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 4.5 million yen to 6 million yen 

Monthly salary: 200,000 yen to 300,000 yen 

* Basic salary: 180,000 yen to 240,000 yen / 

Bonuses including 20,000 yen to 60,000 yen, etc. Allowance (paid up to 50,000 yen), overtime allowance (no oversight for managers and above)

Welfare

Complete social insurance (health insurance, employment insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, employee pension), family allowance (spouse allowance: 10,000 yen, first child: 3,000 yen, second child: 3,000 yen), allowance (position allowance: 32,000 yen ( Section manager), business trip allowance (provided according to regulations)
