Job Description

You will be the site manager (LSV), including supervisor (SV) training at the contact center and administrative center in Kagoshima. 

* SV: Supervisor 

* LSV: Lead supervisor (Site manager)

1. Target value management Centers manage various target values, indicators, and quality. 

2. SV training 

We will develop and provide guidance for improving SV skills.

Hiring requirements

[Required requirements] 

1. Subordinate and junior development experience 

2. Process management experience in BPO, distribution, manufacturing, etc. 

3. Area manager experience (industry unrelated) 

4. Sales management experience in multiple stores 

5. Call center experience 

6. Report Creation experience 

7. Customer service experience 

8. Business start-up experience (general manager level)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 3.16 million to 4.36 million yen 

Monthly salary: 226,430 to 312,150 yen 

* Determined according to company regulations, taking into account experience and skills. 

Monthly salary (basic salary + regional allowance: 5,000 yen), salary increase: once a year (April), performance-linked bonus (June), winter bonus (December), commuting allowance (up to 150,000 yen per month, tax-exempt limit)
