Job Description

In the construction site such as system construction (prefab construction) and multistory parking lot, you will be responsible for the overall process in cooperation with the sales staff and many contractors. 

Specifically, I will entrust the following work. 

Construction management, supervisory work, pipe safety management, quality management, progress schedule management, cost management, after-follow, etc. 


Construction management work differs between prefabricated buildings and multistory parking lots. 

・ Prefabricated architecture: Taking advantage of the “short construction period”, we will respond to various applications. You can engage in various sites such as offices and factories, mass retailers of all prefecture chains, and educational facilities. 

-Multi-storey parking lot: There are buildings with a long construction period and construction costs of several hundred million yen.

Hiring requirements

■ Requirement 

・Those who have experience in building construction management of S buildings 

・ Those who have the second grade of architect or construction construction management engineer ・ Those who have ordinary car license type 1

and who have been engaged in building construction management at a general contractor company.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

[Annual income configuration] 

base salary 23,000 yen – 330,000 yen, business allowance of 30,000 yen, qualification allowance of 2,000 yen to 20,000 yen, head of household allowance of 3,000 yen to 20,000 yen
