Job Description

• We will entrust you with the kitchen hall work at company affiliated store.
• Please play an active role as a “server” instead of a waiter in the hall. The role is to always pay attention to the movement of customers in the halls and kitchens. Providing the food you want will lead to repeats.
  *There is a training system for regular employees. First of all, you will learn the basics of customer service, how to make drinks, and basics of cooking using the manual. In the classroom lecture, you will learn the corporate philosophy and store management knowledge from the first place. Once you have learned all the details, there is an environment where you can continue to grow while listening to your seniors through on the job training.

[The charm of work]

• You can understand the Japanese style from the basics.
• After gaining experience at store, you will be responsible for the operation of the store. In addition, there is a possibility of careers such as supervisors who visit, manage, and supervise multiple stores and trainers who support staff.

[Payroll details]

• 220,000 yen to 286,000 yen per month (base salary + fixed overtime )
  ※ regarded as overtime hours: 45 hours
• ¥ 2.8 million to ¥ 3.36 million per year
