Job Description

New to provide consumers with high quality mobile communication services at reasonable prices under Rakuten Mobile’s “Better Mobile Experience, The Best Quality Life.” Statement Responsible for project management up to planning and realization of services, rate plans, existing service improvement measures, etc. 

[Specific operations] 

1. Optimal process construction and deployment to partners when introducing new services 

・ Understanding customer needs, market trends, competitor trends, etc. 

・ Services and fees that can provide new value to consumers Strategy planning 

and promotion while communicating with internal and external parties 

2. Improvement activities Planning and implementation of new services, rate plans, existing service improvement measures, etc. 

3. KPI management for improving quality and productivity 

[Rakuten Mobile About] 

MVNO (virtual mobile operator) service using NTT Docomo’s LTE network provided by Rakuten Group. Service started at the end of October 2014.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Determined based on experience, ability, and performance. 

Salary revision: Twice a year (June / December), performance bonus: Twice a year (June / December * paid based on company and individual achievements, apportioned according to the time of joining)

Selection process

Document selection → Primary interview: Department member → Secondary interview: General manager of the department → Third interview: Managing director → Appointment
