As a Recruiting Advisor (RA), you will follow the recruitment activities of the company president and HR staff through recruitment of new graduates.

2. Follow the recruitment of companies in charge through the Rikunabi , a new graduate student employment site.
3. Regarding sales methods and processes.

1) Proposal of how to use Rikunabi (manuscript proposal, etc.).
2) Proposal for improvement of recruitment activities for successful recruitment, provision of information such as student and company movements, advice on explanation sessions and selection methods.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus
Estimated annual salary: 3.45 million yen-
Monthly salary: 212,578 yen-
Basic salary: 154,602 yen-

It is a fixed-term employment as an EXP employee.

The following two points will be changed when switching to indefinite employees for regions and duties.
