Job Description

You will be involved in attendance calculation and salary calculation for each store staff at Bike King. 

[Details of work] 

1. Time calculation work 

2. Data creation work required for payroll calculation 

* Payroll calculation is outsourced 

3. Other services such as resident tax and year-end adjustment related to payroll 

4. Social insurance Procedure 

5: Operation of personnel system such as personnel appraisal 

* Mainly in charge of work such as work data and questionnaire surveys for employees

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

・ Performance-linked bonuses twice a year (depending on company performance) 

・ Considering 

existing experience and skills, preferential treatment ・ Once a raise in salary (according to personnel evaluation), Transportation expenses (up to 50,000 yen per month)
