Job Description

You will be responsible for the planning and closing of new logistics facilities.

– Responsible for the following operations for new development and new investment in logistics facilities  

– Search for logistics development sites (business companies, trust banks, brokerage companies, etc.) 

– development sites / plans for new investment projects , Negotiation, closing 

– business plan / business balance creation 

– market analysis, investment project leasing strategy formulation, etc

1. Real estate development, real estate investment experience or real estate brokerage experience (excluding housing) 5-10 years 

2. Major real estate companies, trust banks, major brokerage companies, major general contractors, real estate work experience in the investment company 

3.PC skills (Word: graph / Figure insertion, reporting, Excel: graphing, function, Power Point: input only)

Salary: Annual salary system (including 60 hours of deemed overtime)
