Job Description

◆ Job description 

The operation team in the information system department 

will promote internal business process analysis and management and improvement of system operation. 

As a leader, resource management within the team is also included in the scope of work.

Hiring requirements

[Required requirements] 

・ In-house SE or SE experience of more than 5 years, some leader experience 

, business analysis, business process improvement experience.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 6 million to 9 million yen 

* Determined individually according to experience and ability. 

* Regardless of whether you work overtime, you will receive overtime allowance equivalent to 45 hours per month. 

* Additional wages for overtime work over 45 hours will be paid. 

Salary increase: Twice a year (June / December), Bonus: Twice a year (July / December), Full payment of transportation expenses 


Monthly income of 575,000 (Basic salary: 418,000 + Overtime allowance: 157,000)
