Job Description

You will be in charge of legal affairs at the company that provides business card management cloud service “Sansan” for corporations and business card application “Eight” for individuals. 

[Specific operations] 

1. Management of the Board of Directors and General Meeting of Shareholders, adjustment of agenda items to be discussed, and smooth promotion of proceedings 

2. Compliance operations through management of internal rules, compliance operations based on existing internal rules 

・ Creation and revision of internal rules based on internal and external factors 

3. Stock management for shareholders, shareholding association management, etc. 

・Various communication with shareholders 

・Cooperation with shareholder registry managers 

・ Operation of stock option system 

・ Employees ‘shareholding association of Secretariat business stock Secretary-General

4. contract work related to the corporate sector related to the Corporate department contract (investment contracts, etc.) of the examination and creation

Hiring requirements

1. Experience in commercial legal affairs (general affairs department, legal department, office, etc.)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 8 million yen to 10 million yen
