法務（国内・海外）

国内外の研究開発・製造・販売・提携等および会社設立・
事業再編・企業買収・投資活動等、
当社がグローバルに展開する活動全般に関わる各種取引や法令に関する法務対応、
それらを踏まえた最適な事業・取引のストラクチャー構築と推進、
関連する各種契約の作成・審査・交渉や訴訟係争の対応、
法令遵守体制の推進と危機案件の対応等、
当社活動を牽引する企業法務の実務担当。

本人の志向と適性を踏まえてコアとする業務領域を判断いたします。

【事業内容】
～日本楽器製造（現在のヤマハ）の二輪部門が独立して誕生した輸送用機器を製造するメーカー～

■陸で海で空で活躍する多彩な製品群
モーターサイクル、スクーター、電動ハイブリッド自転車、ボート、ヨット、ウォータービークル、プール、和船、漁船、船外機、ディーゼルエンジン、四輪バギー車、サイド・バイ・サイド・ビークル、レーシングカート、ゴルフカー、汎用エンジン、発電機、ウォーターポンプ、スノーモビル、小型除雪機、自動車用エンジン、産業用ロボット、産業用無人ヘリコプター、車イス用電動補助ユニット、乗用ヘルメット等の製造および販売。バイオテクノロジーによる農林水産物・微生物の生産・加工・販売。各種商品の輸入・販売、観光開発事業およびレジャー、レクリエーション施設の経営並びにこれに付帯する事業。

・法科大学院修了されていること

Job Description

Optimal response based on various transactions related to the company’s global activities such as R & D, manufacturing, sales, alliances in Japan and overseas, company establishment, business restructuring, corporate acquisition, investment activities, etc. Responsible for corporate legal affairs that drive the Company’s activities, including the construction and promotion of business and transaction structures, the creation, review and negotiation of related contracts, the handling of litigation disputes, the promotion of legal compliance systems and the handling of crisis cases . The core business areas will be determined based on the individual’s intention and aptitude.

Hiring requirements

・ Graduated from law school

・ Passed bar exam, qualified as a lawyer 

・ Work experience and experience in law firm and corporate legal department 

・ TOEIC 900 or higher
