Job Description

The main duties and occupations that can be played an active role are domestic and overseas general affairs / legal affairs procedures required of listed companies, internal control for domestic and overseas subsidiaries, and internal audits and management planning promotion of the Audit and Supervisory Committee. Currently, overseas countries are USA, UK, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia and India. We would like you to build a compliance and governance system suitable for companies that are expanding globally, and to develop and operate internal controls. 


・ Internal control evaluation work for domestic and overseas subsidiaries, internal audit work and management planning of the Audit and Supervisory Committee, and response to auditing firms 

・ Domestic and domestic general affairs legal procedures (registration of officers, various government offices) (Procedures, certification, etc.) 

・ Domestic general meeting of shareholders, management of board of directors, preparation of minutes, stock office work, management of employee stock ownership, etc.

・ Global operations and internal control for overseas bases in 11 countries Engage in business. 

-From the perspective of a holding company of a listed company, it can lead the construction of a necessary governance system or internal control. 

-Going to go can organize teams by organizing domestic and overseas staff.


・ Listed or equivalent company with over 5 years of general affairs or legal experience  


・Can communicate with overseas subsidiary staff or local agents using English 

・ Internal control・ Persons with experience in internal auditing or global legal 

・ Persons with various qualifications (accounting, auditing, law) 

・ Persons with a high level of awareness of corporate group governance, rules and laws
