Job Description

The company, which exports / imports chemical products and electronic materials, and sells them domestically, will conduct legal work such as contract creation. 

[Specific operations] 

1. Legal risk analysis / assessment / reduction proposals for domestic / international transactions and implementation support 

2. Contract preparation / examination 

3. Advice / recommendation on contract implementation / compliance 

4. Litigation / Assistance with advice / recommendation and execution of disputes such as claims

5. Support for business strategies such as M & A, investment, joint venture establishment, etc. 

6. Education / enlightenment regarding legal affairs / compliance for employees 

* Types of contracts: sales, agents, Confidentiality, business / service / manufacturing / processing consignment, contract, depository deposit, lease use lease, technology license, joint development, joint venture, stock business transfer, etc.
