Job Description

Considering what should be through the entire supply chain from the arrival of products to delivery to end users, you will plan and plan system solutions for the foundation of the next-generation EC in cooperation with the strategic and development departments. 


Rakuten Groove’s original service “Rakuten Super Logistics (3PL)”, “R-Express (Delivery Service as the core, to optimize the logistics of the first party (the party on the selling side) and the store opening of “Rakuten Ichiba” By building a solution, we aim not only to improve usability in delivery but also to support delivery operations at store openings.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who meet one of the following requirements (It is not necessary to apply to all items) 

1. Business strategy / planning experience 3 years or more 

2. Sales / negotiation experience in BtoB business 3 years or more 

3. Project management experience 1 year or more 


1. Work experience in the logistics industry (a series of business understanding and planning from EC to OMS to WMS to delivery carrier) 

2. Analyzing ability of feasibility and risk verification level (SQL etc.) 

3. Strong in numbers those who have communication skills 

4. Those who have the ability to discover issues and have flexible ideas

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 5 to 10 million yen 

* Determined according to company regulations after considering work experience, ability and skills. 

Bonuses: Twice a year (June / December)

 * Payment and commuting allowance (according to company regulations)
