【ポジション】
物流ビジネス戦略企画担当

商品の入荷からエンドユーザに届けるまでのサプライチェーンすべてを通してあるべき姿を考え、次世代のECの基盤を築くためのシステムソリューションを、戦略部門・開発部門と協力しながら企画立案していただきます。

【ミッション】
楽天グルーブの独自サービスである「楽天スーパーロジスティクス（3PL）：service/superlogi.html 」、「R-Express（配送サービス）：https://express.rakuten.co.jp/ 」を核とし、ファーストパーティ（売る側の当事者）や「楽天市場：https://www.rakuten.co.jp/ 」の出店店舗の物流を最適化するためのソリューションを構築することで、配送におけるユーザビリティの向上のみならず、出店店舗の配送オペレーションをサポートすることを目指します。

【具体的な業務】​
1. 楽天市場出店店舗向けの企画業務
・物流サービス企画
・ビジネスモデルの企画
2. パートナー各社とのアライアンス企画、協業推進
3. 調査・分析、KPI設計・分析、プロモーションプランの策定
4. プロジェクトマネジメント
5. ステークホルダーへのレポーティング

【必須要件】
下記いずれかを満たす方 （すべての項目に当てはまる必要はありません）
1. 事業戦略・立案経験3年以上
2. BtoBビジネスにおける営業・交渉経験3年以上
3. プロジェクトマネジメント経験1年以上

【尚可】
1. 物流業界での業務経験（EC～OMS～WMS～配送キャリアまでの一連の業務理解・企画立案）
2. フィジビリティやリスク検証レベルの分析能力（SQLなど）
3. 数字に強く、コミュニケーション力がある方
4. 課題を発見する力があり、柔軟な発想ができる方

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：500万～1000万円程度
※業務の経験、能力、スキルを考慮の上、同社規定により決定します。

賞与：年2回（6月・12月）※会社および個人の業績により支給、通勤手当（会社規定による）

Job Description

Considering what should be through the entire supply chain from the arrival of products to delivery to end users, you will plan and plan system solutions for the foundation of the next-generation EC in cooperation with the strategic and development departments. 

[Mission] 

Rakuten Groove’s original service “Rakuten Super Logistics (3PL)”, “R-Express (Delivery Service as the core, to optimize the logistics of the first party (the party on the selling side) and the store opening of “Rakuten Ichiba” By building a solution, we aim not only to improve usability in delivery but also to support delivery operations at store openings.

1. planning business for Rakuten market opening stores and logistics services planning, planning of the business model, alliance project with 2 partners, collaboration promotion 

3. research and analysis, KPI design and analysis, promotion plan of development 

4. project management

along with the responsible for the EC logistics of Rakuten group, towards the strengthening of the logistics is one of the most important strategy of “Rakuten market”, “one Delivery”, We are working on building advanced logistics services.

As a pioneer in creating a delivery process that ensures delivery of products shipped from EC distribution warehouses to customers, we will create and improve the foundation for innovation. 

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who meet one of the following requirements (It is not necessary to apply to all items) 

1. Business strategy / planning experience 3 years or more 

2. Sales / negotiation experience in BtoB business 3 years or more 

3. Project management experience 1 year or more 

【Allowable】 

1. Work experience in the logistics industry (a series of business understanding and planning from EC to OMS to WMS to delivery carrier) 

2. Analyzing ability of feasibility and risk verification level (SQL etc.) 

3. Strong in numbers those who have communication skills 

4. Those who have the ability to discover issues and have flexible ideas

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 5 to 10 million yen 

* Determined according to company regulations after considering work experience, ability and skills. 

Bonuses: Twice a year (June / December)

 * Payment and commuting allowance (according to company regulations)
