Job Description
The M & A business first diagnoses andanalyzes a company’s trade area, location, and business conditions. Afterthat, M & A activities range from profit forecasting, analysis of personnelconditions, assembly in actual contracts, negotiations with counterparties, andfollow-up after business transition.
I would like to create an M & A team by recruiting multiple people who havestrengths in any field.

TREATMENT CONDITIONS / SALES BONUS

5.2 million yen / 2nd year (30 years old) / Monthly salary 360,000 yen + bonustwice a year + incentive + various benefits
6.5 million yen / 6th year (39 years old) / monthly salary 450,000 yen + bonusTwice a year + incentive + various allowance

Bonus by quarterly evaluation system : paid twice a year (July /December)
