Job Description

As a candidate for officers at the new subsidiary, we will be responsible for all aspects of management of the subsidiary (management planning, business planning, predictive management, etc.).

Currently, we are mainly acting as a sales representative for job advertisements. The future direction of the company will be considered together with the president of the subsidiary.

Hiring requirements

[Required Requirements] 

Those who have any of the following experiences : 

1. Corporate sales 

2. Management planning / business planning 

3. Member education and management

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 5 million yen to 6.5 million yen 

* Preferential treatment according to regulations after considering experience and ability. 

* Annual income includes 45 hours of fixed overtime. (Excess portion will be paid separately) 

* When hiring as a supervisor, it includes 20 hours of late-night work. 

Annual salary system (provided in 12 divisions), salary increase twice a year (April / October), promotion (as needed), transportation expenses (up to 50,000 yen per month)


Various social insurances, property savings system, defined contribution pension system, shareholding association (with shareholding incentive scheme), Keigo Sumikin, division status system (reward travel for each status promotion: Taiwan, etc.), regular meeting, general meeting of employees (Once a year), goal achievement department achievement meeting, childcare support allowance  (monthly upper limit 50,000 yen) 

* Childcare support allowance: Those who return to work after childcare leave will not be able to leave their children at an approved nursery, etc. A system to reduce the burden of childcare fees when you have to leave
