Job Description

  • Responsible business: As the business planning manager, you will be responsible for the business related to the proactive management of the business in charge and the promotion of the medium-term management plan.  You will be engaged in company-wide strategy formulation and management operations centered on the business.

1. Business engineering business area (ICT outsourcing, sales / marketing solutions, energy business support). Starting with IT outsourcing, sales solutions, marketing solutions, and energy business support centered on the outsourcing business model that has been the foundation since its foundation. 

This is a core business area that has continued to develop . Based on the know-how gained from the outsourcing business model that is the foundation of our company, we are entering a turning point in which we will further update to a business model that incorporates technology. In order to continuously develop next-generation business models such as the RPA area and digital marketing area, we will collaborate with the responsible business area managers and key persons in order to manage performance (budget / actual results, FCST management) and business policy decisions. 2. System Solution Business (IT Management System development / Cloud Solutions / global team type offshore development / package solutions, etc.)one system solutions business area is of our core business, the shift to a more profitable high-value-added area, With the key themes of expanding sales of in-house products (POS +, etc.), developing new services, and expanding globally, we have entered a business phase in which further growth is accelerated. ○ Performance management / Monthly settlement of business, forecast management, Forecast management, Forecast report creation / budget formulation for executives , performance management by department / PJT, KPI / KGI Connection between management and various personnel indicators and performance indicators (Because our products are not only packages and systems, but human resources (employees) and the services provided by those personnel themselves, personnel indicators and performance indicators are closely linked. and, there is of our business best part, has also become interesting! you can experience the management, including the human resources point of view perhaps.)

Hiring requirements

There monthly average of about 20 hours.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 4.5 million yen to 6 million yen 

Basic salary: 250,000 yen to 350,000 yen (separately paid for overtime)

Monthly salary, bonus: Twice a year, commuting allowance
