Job Description

You will be responsible for management planning and management of the company’s media & sports company. 

[Specific business]  

1. annual plan and three-year planning 

2. important meetings management and documentation creating company-wide management meetings (monthly), Company Management Committee (monthly) , etc. 

3. week Profit and loss statement (PL) forecast update 

4. Solution and support of management issues related to other companies in general 

• Identification of issues in the company’s business 

• Setting issues 

• Formulating medium- to long-term business plans 

• Monitoring progress 

• Revising plans etc.

Hiring requirements

[Required Requirements] 

Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

1. Business planning and management work at a business company or consulting company 

2. Logical and strategic thinking and planning skills 

3. Project management skills 

4. Basic problem solving skills (logical) Thinking, advanced communication skills, etc.) 

5. English proficiency , business level (meeting with management) , TOEIC 800 points 

6. Management ability including people management  


・ Accounting knowledge of bookkeeping level 2 

・ School level Knowledge of numerical analysis and statistical analysis

Determined based on experience and ability. 

Salary revision: Twice a year (June / December), Performance bonus: Twice a year (June / December
