Job Description

Career consulting for nurses, caregivers and childcare workers who wish to change jobs, and recruitment consulting for medical institutions, nursing care facilities, and nurseries that suffer from lack of human resources.

■ Dealing with Job Seekers, Registration Interviews, Career Counseling, Introduction of Job Opportunities, Interview Support, follow-up with Accompanying / Careers. 

■ Correspondence to Corporate Customers / Development of New Job Opportunities / Jobs It is a job with high social contribution that seeks to solve social problems in employment by creating job opportunities, introducing job seekers, and adopting advice on employment methods. 

* Experience the above player operations for a minimum of 6 months including the trial period. 

You will be hired as a manager, but at least 6 months after joining the company, you will be evaluated according to your personal performance, and the following treatment and position (manager / leader / player) will be determined. 

(1) After hiring a manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of business operations, including sales strategy planning, sales planning, performance management, and subordinate development.

Hiring requirements

Necessary conditions: 

・ More than college graduate. 

・ More than 5 years of sales experience. 

・ Management experience (no matter number).

Discretionary labor system 
  • Fixed overtime system.
  • Fixed overtime pay basic salary: 300,000 yen to 300,000 yen. 
  • Fixed overtime pay: 90,000 yen to 90,000 yen. 
  • Fixed overtime hours: Additional wages for overtime work exceeding 28 hours fixed overtime hours: Yes.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus
  • Salary increase once a year (September). 
  • Bonus once a year (September * depends on performance).

Salary example:

Monthly salary 500,000 yen + bonus. 

* Incentives are paid from the shortest 6 months after joining the company. 

* Incentives are paid once every three months. 

* Salary includes 110,000 yen for job title + 90,000 yen for fixed overtime (28 hours). Overtime pay is provided separately for excess portion. 

* Trial period 3 months / No change in conditions. 

[Leader] 

Monthly salary 349,000 yen + incentive + bonus. 

* Incentive payment is paid once every 3 months. 

* Position allowance 40,000 yen + fixed overtime allowance month 63,000 yen (28 hours worth) included in salary. Overtime fee will be paid separately for overage. 

* Trial period 3 months / No change in conditions.
