The third site visit NINJA SIGN (Ninja Sign) was released in beta version in July 2019!

NINJA SIGN (Ninja sign) 

◆ origin of the product name 

1. Made in japan (I am thinking that it will be used overseas in the future) 

2. NINJA SIGN , a speedy online contract conclusion system like a ninja, is a service that anyone can easily enter into. 

The beta version will be released in July 2019, and we will pay for it in the future and aim to acquire the market. 

[Background to the release of NINJA SIGN] 

Currently, it is standard that contracts are stamped on both sides in writing and stored separately, but a policy has been decided that various procedures including the administration will go online. Both the signing of contracts and online contracts have begun. 

The contract signing market is approximately 600 million including overseas, and is said to be about 7 billion in Japan. 

To expand the market in the future, we will increase the number of engineers, sales, marketing, CS and members! 

[Recruitment position] 

In product development, I will leave NINJA SIGN to the role of enhancing its superiority as a product. 

NINJA SIGN has released the beta version and will continue to raise the function level to the enterprise version in the future. It is a coordinator who supports the business behind the scenes in cooperation with sales, marketing, CS and engineers based on the data. 

Specifically: 

・Improvement of products and verification of effects by various KPI reports, log analysis, user monitor surveys, etc. Setting issues , reviewing information design, UI improvement / new function development management, requirement definition, etc. , simple data Analysis

Hiring requirements

-Experience related to product development such as web services and application development 

-Team management, training experience

-Experience with PO or PM,

-Sales experience in IT industry / Product development experience in SaaS and subscription products

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

[Salary] 

Monthly salary: 425,000 yen to 675,000 yen * The above amount includes deemed overtime charges (45 hours a month, 117,656 yen or more). 

Any excess will be paid separately. 

[Annual income example] 

・ In case of annual income 5.1 million yen 

(monthly salary 425,000 yen (basic salary 307,344 yen, overtime pay 117,656 yen (deemed 45 hours)) 

・ In case of annual income 8.1 million 

(monthly salary 675,000 yen (basic salary 488,134 yen, overtime pay 186,866) Yen (deemed 45 hours)) 

* Determined based on experience and skills 

* Salary increase / promotion: Twice a year
