Job Description

[Contents of the Quality Control Section ] 

The Quality Control Section is the tender information posted on its own web service, “Bid Information Bulletin Service NJSS”, which can collectively search and manage the tender information of government offices, local governments and external organizations nationwide. We are doing quality improvement work. 

Bid information is collected manually by workers working from home, in addition to the power of IT. As part of the Quality Management Division, worker management, education for improving worker proficiency, and reducing information registration errors We are working on a mechanism. 

[What the quality control section wants to improve] 

・Improve worker error (registration error omission) 

・ Establish worker education system 

・ Enrich bid information and bid result information registered in NJSS (Survey of new collection items) 

[Business description] 

Experience worker management and education, and understand the content of the entire Quality Control Division. 

After that, we ask you to make a plan for improving the value of the service, support the structure, promote business improvement, and follow up each member. 

[Skills and experience gained] 

NJSS will acquire “planning thinking ability” and “problem solving ability” in order to think and assemble countermeasures from the viewpoint of quality issues that NJSS has. 

You can also gain experience in improving the service of the department that controls quality, which is the foundation of the service.

Hiring requirements


・ 3 years of working experience 

* 3 years or more of full-time employees 

・ 1 year of management experience 

・Person who has used Excel on a daily basis (if you have experience using if, vlookup function)

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Expected annual income: 5 million yen to 7 million yen 

* Considering previous salary, experience, ability, etc. 

Bonus twice a year (April / October * Basic salary per month is based on one month, there are up and down due to performance evaluation), salary increase 1 Times (April), transportation expenses paid (upper monthly fee of 50,000 yen) 

monthly salary of 300,000 yen to 420,000 yen + overtime pay is assumed to be 30 hours a month (overtime pay is paid in 1-minute units) 

* Actual overtime hours are all Employees average about 30 hours.
