ソーシャルメディアアカウント業務において、プレイングマネージャーとして企画提案やマネジメント業務をお任せします。

【具体的な業務】
1）ソーシャルメディアサービス案件新規提案および既存業務管理
1. ソーシャルメディアを活用したプランニング（運用・企画）
2. 新規案件対応（提案書作成、プレゼン）
3. 既存顧客への月次報告対応
4. 既存顧客との折衝（業務改善、メンバーローテーション、案件拡大）

2）ソーシャルメディアサービス部 マネジメント業務
1. 各種社内報告書作成（週次、月次、四半期）
2. 各種社内書類作成（案件関連書類、人事関連書類）
3. 各種承認業務（決裁、案件など）
4. 組織収支管理業務／案件別収支管理業務
5. リーダークラスのメンバー管理・育成（評価面談など）
6. メンバー管理（採用面接など）

同社は企業の売上向上、コスト削減をにむけたサポートとして、デジタルマーケティングサービスだけでなく、それにひも付きニーズがあるコンタクトセンター、BPO（ビジネスアウトソーシングサービス）、ECフルフィルメントサービスを1社ですべて提供する東証一部上場企業です。

DMサービス統括の部署では、マーケティングリサーチ、インターネット広告、Webサイト構築運用、　ソーシャルメディア運用、ECフルアウトソーシングを行っており、特にインターネット広告の売上国内6位、Web制作の売上国内1位の実績を持っています。

【必須要件】
下記すべてを満たす方
1. 事業会社のマーケティング部門に所属し、実務の経験
2. 広告代理店、コンサルティングファームにおける経験
3. 提案書作成およびプレゼン経験（新規・既存）
※作成に伴うPowerPoint使用レベル含む
4. 組織のマネジメント経験（業種、規模は問わず）
（顧客折衝、メンバーマネジメント、収支管理、外注管理、各種報告書作成）
※管理に伴うExcel使用レベル含む

【尚可】
1. 企業のソーシャルメディアの運用経験（1年以上）
2. Web、SNSに関わるライティング、デザインなどの制作実務経験、もしくは編集経験
3. ソーシャルアド（Facebook、Twitter、Instagram、LINE他）の運用・管理経験
4. 英会話

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：550万円～
※年収は同社給与規定に則った提示となりますが、業界経験者の方は、経験・実績をもとに考慮します。経験・スキルなどによっては管理監督者対象の可能性があります。
※30時間の残業手当を含む想定年収になります。

月給：大卒192,000円～、短大・専門卒（2年制）166,000円～（住宅手当含む）
昇給年1回、賞与年2回（7月・12月）、交通費支給（上限月5万円）

2) Social media service department management business 

1. Creation of various internal reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) 

2. Preparation of various internal documents (Proposal-related documents, personnel-related documents) 

3. Approval services (decision, projects, etc.) 

4. Organizational balance management business / account balance management business 

5. Leader class member management and development (evaluation interviews, etc.) 

6. Member management (Employment interview etc.)

Hiring requirements

belong to the marketing department of 1. Business company, practical experience 

2. advertising agency, experience in consulting firms 

3. proposal creation and presentation experience (new and existing)

4. Organization management experience (regardless of industry or scale) 

(Customer negotiation, member management, balance management, subcontract management, various report creation) 

* Includes Excel usage level associated with management 

[Possible] 

1. Corporate social media operation experience (1 year or more) 

2. Production experience or editing experience related to writing and design related to Web and SNS 

3. Operation and management experience of social ads (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LINE, etc.) 

4. English conversation.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual salary: 5.5 million yen- 

* The annual salary is presented in accordance with the company’s salary rules, but those with experience in the industry will consider it based on experience and track record. Depending on experience and skills, there is a possibility of being a supervisor. 

* Estimated annual income including overtime allowance of 30 hours. Monthly salary: 192,000 yen for college graduates, 166,000 yen for junior colleges and professional graduates (2-year system) 166,000 yen (including housing allowance) 

once a year for salary increases, twice a year for bonuses (July and December), transportation expenses (up to 50,000 yen per month) )
