オンライン契約締結システムのNINJA SIGNは、誰でも、簡単に、すぐ契約締結ができるサービスです。
2019年7月にβ版をリリース、今後、有料化し、市場獲得を目指していきます。

【当社がNINJA SIGNをリリースした背景】
現在、契約と言えば書面で双方に押印し、各々保管する、がスタンダートですが、
行政も含め様々な手続きがオンライン化しようとする方針が決まり、
ToBにおいても契約締結もオンライン化の流れが始まっています。
契約締結市場は、海外を含めると約6,000憶、国内でも70億規模と言われており、
プレヤーも少なく、リーガルテックの中でも成長領域です。

今後の市場拡大に向け、エンジニア、営業、マーケ、CSとメンバーを増やしていきます！

【募集ポジション】
Webマーケティングチームの立ち上げメンバーとして、集客～CVまでお任せします。

マーケティング予算配分から成果までを一気通貫で関わり、自身の裁量で判断、成果を出しすことができます。
新規事業のため、これからマーケティングの方針検討から関わることができます。
ミドルの立場からセースルを支えて事業全体の契約、売上のグロスアップを目指していきます。

≪資格取得後までのワンストップサービスを提供＆「Legal Tech」領域で、新規事業を進行中！≫
近年、法律分野を巡る環境は大きな変化を遂げています。企業内弁護士の増加や今まで紙を主体としていた訴状や書面の電子化の動きなど、新たな局面に対応するために、新たな事業も始動しています。
1つ目は、2018年3月に開始した人材紹介サービス『Legal Engine（リーガルエンジン）』です。資格スクエアとつながっていくかたちで展開しており、得た知識・サービス・システムを土台に、新たなキャリアを形成したいと人材と、高度知識を高いコストパフォーマンスで得たい企業をマッチングさせることが可能になりました。
2つ目は、今年中にリリース予定の契約書管理サービスです。メルカリやAirbnbが浸透して、個人同士が様々なかたちで商取引する機会が増えています。比例してトラブルも多発しており、個人間取引においても契約書を交わす必要性が訴えられています。この問題を解決するためのサービスを現在開発中です。

To B向けのWebマーケティング経験者
チームマネジメント、育成経験

具体的には、以下のようなご経験をお持ちの方（何かしらの得意領域がある方）
・SEO、アフェリエイト、コンテンツ、ターゲティング広告、メルマガ、SNS等によるマーケティング経験
・CV率アップに向けた回遊施策、Google Analytics等の分析ツールを使用し、施策を実行した経験


【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
【給与】月給42.5万円～60万円
※上記金額にはみなし残業代（月45時間分・117,656円以上）が含まれています。
超過分は別途支給いたします。

・年収510万円の場合
（月給42.5万円（基本給307,344円、残業代117,656円（みなし45時間））

・年収720万の場合
（月給60万円（基本給433,897円、残業代166,103円（みなし45時間））

1. Made in japan (I am thinking that it will be used overseas in the future) 

2. NINJA SIGN , a speedy online contract conclusion system like a ninja, is a service that anyone can easily enter into. 

The beta version will be released in July 2019, and we will pay for it in the future and aim to acquire the market. 

[Background to the release of NINJA SIGN] 

Currently, it is standard that contracts are stamped on both sides in writing and stored separately, but a policy has been decided that various procedures including the administration will go online 

. Both the signing of contracts and online contracts have begun. 

The contract signing market is approximately 600 million including overseas, and is said to be about 7 billion in 

Japan. 

To expand the market in the future, we will increase the number of engineers, sales, marketing, CS and members! 

[Recruitment position] 

As a startup member of the Web marketing team, we will entrust you to CV. 

From marketing budget allocation to results, you can be involved all at once, making decisions and producing results at your own discretion. 

Since this is a new business, I can be involved in the marketing policy review.

Team management and training experience for web marketing experienced people for To B Specifically, those who have the following experiences (one with some special areas) , SEO, Marketing experience with affiliates, content, targeting advertisements, email magazines, SNS, etc. , migratory measures to increase CV rate, experience of implementing measures using analysis tools such as Google Analytics.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

[Salary] Monthly salary: 425,000 yen to 600,000 yen * The above amount includes deemed overtime charges (45 hours per month, 117,656 yen or more). 

Any excess will be paid separately. 

[Annual income example] 

・ In case of annual income 5.1 million yen 

(monthly salary 425,000 yen (basic salary 307,344 yen, overtime pay 117,656 yen (deemed 45 hours)) 

・ In case of annual income 7.2 

million yen (monthly salary 600,000 yen (basic salary 433,897 yen, overtime pay 166,103 Yen (deemed 45 hours))
