-annual / quarterly / monthly closing business 

• PL prediction, cash management,management, cost analysis , such as the early stage of the monthly closing, building a management structure and shareholder / financial institutions correspondence, tax accountant / Auditing

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

1. Experience in accounting at a listed company or listed preparation company, or equivalent experience (approx. 2 years or more) 

2. Basic knowledge of financial accounting and management accounting (second level of bookkeeping) Degree) 

3. IT service literacy 

・ Practical experience at audit corporation, accounting office, accounting consultant 

・ Certified accountant qualification, tax accountant qualification, those who passed those courses 

・ Experience in team management

【配属部署】
現在のコーポレート部門はCFO1名と、人事や広報を中心に行うスタッフ1名の計2名が所属しています。
会社全体としては、社員が20名程度在籍している他、学生インターンが30〜40名ほど稼働しています。

コーポレートスタッフの一員として、経理・財務業務を中心に担当いただきます。

【具体的な業務】
・年次／四半期／月次決算業務
・PL予測、現金管理、予実管理、コスト分析
・月次決算の早期化など、経営管理体制の構築
・株主／金融機関対応、税理士／監査対応

【必須要件】
以下全てを満たす方
1. 上場会社や上場準備会社での経理実務経験、もしくはそれに準ずる実務経験（目安2年以上）
2. 財務会計、管理会計の基礎的な知識（簿記二級程度）
3. ITサービスのリテラシー

【尚可】
・監査法人、会計事務所、会計コンサルでの実務経験
・公認会計士資格、税理士資格、それらの科目合格者
・チームマネジメントの経験者
