マーケティング職（就職情報事業本部）

【配属部署】
＜組織構成＞
部長：30代男性、課長：30代女性、課員：20代女性

国内最大級の学生向け就職情報サイト「マイナビ」のマーケティング業務を担当していただきます。ユーザーデータの調査・分析や、ユーザーの利用率を向上させるための施策の立案とサービスの開発を行います。

【具体的な業務】
1. サイトの目標設定と日々の進捗管理
2. 制作部門が実施する施策（メール・アプリプッシュ・バナーなど）の効果検証と改善提案、新規施策の立案
3. サイト内の定量データの解析
4. マーケティング・オートメーションツール（以下、MAツール）のシナリオ設計と運用
5. ユーザー向けアンケート調査結果の分析

【1日の仕事の流れ】
・メールチェック
・サイトデータ定期集計作業（目標に対する進捗）
・部内での進捗確認・報告
・関連部署との施策効果検証・改善提案資料の作成
・外部業者との打ち合わせ
・関連部署との改善会議
・帰宅

【目指している方向性】
Webコンサルタントと企画コンサルタントの2つの役割を目指します。
・Webコンサルタント：新卒向け就職情報サイト「マイナビ」のユーザーの利用度を上げるために、制作部門にサイトの改善点をアドバイスします。
・企画コンサルタント：日々のサイトの改善に留まらず、1~2年先を見据えた新サービス・新機能を考案します。

1. Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint）が利用ができる方（特にExcelは必須：VLOOKUP関数、ピボットテーブル利用可能レベル）
2. さまざまな角度から物事をみて「仮説を立てる、データから要因、因果関係を分析することが好き」な方

【尚可】
1. Web広告、マーケティングについての知識、経験
2. Web解析ツールのスキル（Google Analyticsの操作）
3. MAツールの知識、運用経験
4. TableauなどのBIツールの利用経験

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
月給18.7万円～23.6万円
※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。

Job Description

You will be responsible for marketing work for “My Navi,” the largest employment information website for students in Japan. Investigate and analyze user data, plan measures to improve user usage, and develop services.
