Job Description

We will be responsible for mass production design and construction method development for hydraulic equipment and parts of the company, agricultural machinery and construction machinery. 

[Concrete operations] 

Please make detailed design for manufacturing with Kubota Seiki based on the drawings that are basically designed by the parent company Kubota. 

For mass production of hydraulic equipment on the production line, we will examine and design drawings that can be mass-produced from various angles, such as processing method, assembly order, tool usage, and production speed design. 

1. Detailed design of hydraulic equipment 

2. Trial production of parts, experimental evaluation with actual machine, etc. 

3. Review of manufacturing process (examination of processing, assembly, tools, etc.) 

4. Design and review of manufacturing line

Hiring requirements


1) who have been graduated from the mechanical system undergraduate 

2) mechanical CAD (2D, who have experience of 3D) 

3) If there is a design experience such as mechanical parts

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual salary: 3 million yen to 5 million yen (including overtime and various allowances) 

Monthly salary: 200,000 yen to 280,000 yen basic salary 

* Determined according to company regulations, taking into account experience, previous salary, age, etc. 


30 years old: 3.5 million yen per year (including various allowances) 

40 years old: 4.5 million yen per year (including various allowances) 

Senior: 7 million yen- 

salary increase: once a year (April), bonus: achievement, June / December payment based on evaluation (last year’s result 5 to 5.5 months) Commuting allowance: Provided according to regulations
