Job Description

As a person in charge of procurement / purchasing of materials, you will be responsible for negotiations and coordination with suppliers and departments within the company. 


Coordination with suppliers, negotiation work, development of new suppliers, quality assurance process with suppliers, quality assessment process, supplier evaluation, management, cost assessment, cost reduction planning and execution suchis important dealings Win-Win while building the supplier and Trusts.To make a prototype with the in-house development department, it is a development purchase that is made together.Since it is a department that controls the purchase price of materials at home and abroad, communication with the factory department is also important.   


Hiring requirements

[Required Requirements]  

Those who have experience in procurement purchasing, production management, andsales for more than 3 years at a company of an electronic equipmentmanufacturer / manufacturing industry (a product close to the company) such asautomobile parts, home appliances, and IT.


Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Annual salary increase (April), Bonus twice ayear (Results of 2018: 5.23 months), Housing allowance (Head office: 16,600 yenfor one person, 22,100 yen for spouse), Family allowance (18,800 yen for spousesupport, 1 child) 7,900 yen per person) 

Commutation allowance,overtime allowance, retirement allowance system.

Selection process

[First screening] Document review 

[Second screening] Primary interview (person in charge of personnel, manager of procurement department) 

[Final selection] Secondary interview (interview of officer, procurementdepartment manager)

[Annual holiday: 121 days] 

Complete weekly holiday 2 days (Saturday, Sunday), consecutive holidays: New Year holidays, Golden Week, summer 9-10 consecutive holidays, annual paidholidays: 10 days up to 20 days after 3 months, Keio Special Vacation, memorial refresh leave system, accumulated leave system.
