Job Description

・ Planning and execution of school promotion strategies. 

・ Advertising management in web marketing. 

・Investigation of customer trends, analysis of web marketing data. 

・ Editing of websites, advertisements and pamphlets (text writing, interviews, filming arrangements, etc.) 

・ Progress of production. 

・ SNS Creating and updating manuscripts and blogs.

Hiring requirements

■ Required conditions: 

・ Web marketing, promotion, or editing experience (2 years or more). 

■ Welcome conditions: 

・ Adobe Photoshop (simple image editing).

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Annual salary from 4,016,256 yen to 6,240,000 yen. 

* Monthly salary of 334,688 yen (basic monthly salary of 255,000 yen + fixed overtime fee of 79,688 yen) to monthly salary of 520,000 yen (basic monthly salary of 520,000 yen). 

* Annual salary of 5,400,000 yen (basic monthly salary of 450,000 yen) or more. 

■ In the case of less than managers and supervisors, including fixed overtime in annual salary (the month 40 hours). Extra amount is additionally paid. 

■ Annual salary system (12 divisions). 

■ Performance-linked bonus. 

■ Commutation allowance Paid based on company regulations (within the tax exemption limit under the Income Tax Law).


Social insurance (health insurance, welfare pension, employment insurance, workers’ compensation insurance), health checkup (once a year), retirement allowance system, reduced working hours system.

Selection process

Basically, document screening-> primary interview + YG personality test-> Wed aptitude test-> final interview
