Job Description

You will be responsible for all mid-career recruitment of the company.

2. Understanding / organizing / clearing job listings of each business unit 

3. Recruiting requests from introduction companies, detailed explanations, handling 

4. Recruitment media placement arrangements / interview correspondence / Confirmation of manuscript 

5. Document selection for applicants / introducers from recruitment media-interview setting 

6. Interview / interview attendance, interview result communication 

7. Preparation / presentation of recruitment notice, preparation for joining, training at entrance 

8. Other career recruitment work, general operation such as training when joining the company, improvement response
