Job Description
In the construction site such as system building (prefab building) and multistory parking lot, you will be responsible for the overall process in cooperation with the sales staff and many contractors.
Specifically, I will entrust the following work. Construction management, supervisory work, pipe safety management, quality management, progress schedule management, cost management, after-follow, etc.
Hiring requirements
■ Requirement
・Those who have experience in building construction management of S buildings
・ Those who have the second grade of architect or construction construction management engineer
・ Those who have ordinary car license type 1
■ Those who have welcome conditions , first-class architects, first-class construction management engineers, and who have been engaged in building construction management at a general contractor company.
