Job Description

■ Business description 

You will be engaged in business as a career advisor. 

■ Specifically, 

Candidates who wish to change jobs will be introduced to the candidate through counseling, and after the application, support will be provided until a job offer. With expert advice and information provision, we will play a role in influencing the candidate’s application behavior as well as the decision to join the company. 

Clearly clarifying the benefits of joining the company by building the career of the candidate who wants to hire, trends in annual income conditions, environment, job description, vision, etc. required by the candidate group In the process of providing and selecting information to prepare for this, we will provide feedback to the candidates who want to hire them and reflect them in the selection to support deeper relationships with the candidates 

■ Job characteristics: 

・ Jobs that we handle are specialized in engineers. For example, mainly mechatronics, electronics engineers, architecture and equipment related occupations. Almost 90% are listed companies, and there is almost no new development. 

* If you are not an engineer and have a job you want to work on, you can report it. 

・ Daily duties include scouting by e-mail, career counseling by telephone, interview guidance, and recruitment consulting for referral companies by e-mail.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Monthly salary: 300,000 yen- 

Basic salary: 300,000 yen- 

■ Salary increase: Once a year (April) 

■ Bonus: Twice a year (June / December)


Complete social insurance (health insurance, welfare annuity, employment insurance, workmen’s accident insurance), commuting transportation expenses (full payment), regular health checkup
