Job Description

We will leave the construction management of the construction project to the experience you have cultivated so far . 

Various public facilities, condominiums, custom houses, welfare facilities, large-scale commercial facilities, new construction, renovation work, earthquake-resistant construction, renewal, etc. 

[Work flow] 

Construction plan creation, process management, quality management, safety management, cost management, drawings 

We will make adjustments while communicating with each site and contractor , such as creating and negotiating with the neighborhood . 

Main construction Example

· M care home new construction (Nara) 

– A handicapped complex new construction, Nara Prefecture, social insurance labor consultant Association Hall 

-Heijokyo History Museum new construction, Narashin’yokinko Gakuenmae Branch renovation new construction on a percentage basis 6: Renovation will be around 4.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Monthly salary 250,000 yen to 43 yen (the ability and experience to will be determined in accordance with)
