Job Description

Unloading and loading of received products and shipping products. Receipts are concentrated in the morning and received throughout the day. Shipment is available in basic morning and afternoon flights, with morning flights loaded in the evening the previous day and afternoon flights loaded in the afternoon. Since there is also customer pick-up, you will have to load at that time. Other jobs include ordering and warehouse arrangements.

Hiring requirements

・ Regular license required (AT only is not possible). 

・ Forklift license required for those over 40 years old, experienced in logistics warehouse.

Discretionary labor system 

Fixed overtime system.

Fixed overtime Pay basic salary: 151,000 to 260,000 yen. 

Fixed overtime pay: 50,000 yen to 50,000 yen. 

Fixed overtime hours: 39 hours. 

Additional wages for overtime work exceeding fixed overtime hours: Yes.

Overtime workThere is a monthly average of about 25 hours.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Monthly salary 201,000-310,000. 

Bonus twice a year (last year 4 months). 

Salary increase once a year.
