Job Description

Please cut and process the meat by the machine in charge of cooking in the meat department (partially, cut by hand). 

[Concrete operations] 

・ Hand-cutting and slicing using beef and pigs 

・ Assortment, packing, pricing, display 

・ Product freshness and status check 

・ Office work (stock check) 

・ Cleanup

Hiring requirements

Person who has experienced meat (uses a special slicer)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Annual income 4 million yen to 5 million yen

There is a monthly average of about 10 hours.

精肉部門での調理担当
機械操作による精肉切り落とし、加工(一部、手作業による切り落としあり)をお願いします。

【具体的な業務】
・牛豚を使用した手切り作業やスライス作業
・盛付けやパック、値付け、陳列
・商品の鮮度や状態の確認作業
・事務処理（在庫確認）
・後片付け

奈良・大阪・三重にて１５店舗のスーパーマーケットを展開しています。元々は八百屋からスタートしているので、青果には絶対の自信がありますが、鮮魚、精肉、惣菜を含めた生鮮品にこだわっています。　

当社は、当日仕入れ・当日完売を日々の目標とし、他社様の半分の利益で商品を倍以上売ることをモットーにしています。

また、お客様とのコミュニケーションのとれる売場作りを心掛けています。
売場とバックヤードの壁をできるかぎりなくし、お客様がいつでも気軽に話しかけてもらえるような売場になっています。
