Job Description

◆ Large renovation design We will leave the planning and design of renovation using local Yoshino cedar. 

◆ Site survey / Site use plan proposal / CAD creation 

Customer’s “I want to do this!” 

Cooperate with sales representatives to read detailed needs that customers cannot express in words and propose plans.

[Flow of work] 

[1] Consultation We will discuss the details of the customer’s wishes and requests received by the sales representative . 

[2] Suggestion 

Read the detailed needs and propose a plan. 

Create a perspective and have the customer image the finish. 

[3] Final adjustment 

Contract / construction starts after fine adjustments are made 

* The construction will be transferred to the supervisor. 

[4] Handing over It is the moment when the “dream” that the customer told me when I first met was in shape! 

First of all, there is a follow-up from senior staff so you can rest assured!

Occasionally, an old private house is rebuilt that is over 100 years old.

Hiring requirements

◆ Qualifications of more than second-class architect

◆ Normal driving license required (AT limited)

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

– Monthly salary of 300,000 yen to 350,000 yen (result salary system) 

* Based on our regulations during the training period. 

* Determined by interview , taking into account age, ability, experience, etc. 

* Model annual salary: 32-year-old male / annual 

– salary increase of 5 million yen (once a year)
