Job Description

As a new business planning manager, you will plan and promote services and businesses that transform the medical industry while taking advantage of the assets and characteristics of the Group. 


In a huge growth market that exceeds 40 trillion yen in medical expenses and 10 trillion yen in pharmaceuticals, you will create new businesses that solve social issues in Japan while utilizing the assets of the Group.

Hiring requirements

Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

1. Experience in project planning (proposal) and promotion at operating companies, consulting firms, investment banks, etc. (5 years or more) 

2. Ownership, strategic thinking, execution Strength (Ability to lead team members to “do”) 


Experience in starting a new business in an operating company (not only planning but also service development and sales)
