新規事業企画

新規事業企画担当として、同社グループの有する資産や特徴を活かしながら、医療業界を変革するサービス・事業を企画・推進していただきます。

【ミッション】
医療費40兆円、医薬品10兆円を超える巨大な成長マーケットの中で、同社グループの資産を活かしながら、日本の社会課題を解決する新規事業を創り出していただきます。

【具体的な業務】​
1. 新規事業の企画立案・実行
2. 既存事業の拡大に向けた戦略立案・実行
3. 事業提携の推進 など

・医師12万人が参加する国内有数のドクタープラットフォーム（MedPeer：https://medpeer.jp/ ）
・50万件以上蓄積する医薬品の口コミをはじめとした医師集合知（ビッグデータ）
・遠隔医療相談サービス（first call：https://www.firstcall.md/ ）など、医師基盤を活用した患者向けサービス
・医師、薬剤師、管理栄養士からエンジニア、デザイナーまで多様な人材を有する組織

医師・医学生限定のコミュニティサイト「MedPeer」を運営するマザーズ上場企業です。

1. 主力製品・サービス
　医師専用の会員制サイト 「 MedPeer（ https://medpeer.jp/ ）」
　　医師同士が地域・専門科目の垣根を越えて、互いの臨床経験を共有しあう場です。
　　入会時の厳格な医師認証で、サイト内の情報の質を維持しがら現在会員数は10万人以上。
　　日本の医師の3人に1人が利用する基幹サービスとなっています。

2. 収益モデル
　　製薬企業を中心に、医療機器メーカー、医師向けリサーチ会社、医師人材紹介会社などへ
　　自社製品・サービスの販売や開発・営業活動に向けた機会提供による収益化をしています。

【必須要件】
下記すべてを満たす方
1. 事業会社、コンサルティングファーム、投資銀行などにおけるプロジェクトの企画（提案）、推進をリードした経験（5年以上）
2. オーナーシップ、戦略的思考、エグゼキューション力（チームメンバーをリードして「やり抜く」力）

事業会社における新規事業の立ち上げ経験（企画だけではなくサービス開発や営業まで）

Job Description

As a new business planning manager, you will plan and promote services and businesses that transform the medical industry while taking advantage of the assets and characteristics of the Group.

In a huge growth market that exceeds 40 trillion yen in medical expenses and 10 trillion yen in pharmaceuticals, you will create new businesses that solve social issues in Japan while utilizing the assets of the Group.

One of Japan’s leading doctor platforms, doctors’ collective intelligence (big data) , telemedicine consultation services, such as patient-friendly service to take advantage of the physician foundation organizations that have, doctor, pharmacist, diverse human resources from a registered dietitian engineers, until the designer

We are developing a new business to solve the problems faced by Japanese medical care, utilizing a doctor platform and collective intelligence with one person participating. 

・ Joint business promotion with capital and business alliance with Sugi Pharmacy (self-care, doctor opening support, home medical support, etc.) 

・ Target pharmacies and pharmacists a new platform development of which was, Ltd. Anterio, strengthening of pharmaceutical companies for marketing support due to the business alliance with Corporation Puramedo.

・ Japan is in a critical situation with many problems such as rising medical expenses, shortage of doctors, and uneven distribution in the near-aged society of 2025. In order to solve this problem, the government is moving to change the legal system to promote the introduction of IT to healthcare, and now is an opportunity to create a service that will greatly change the healthcare infrastructure. 

・ In the rapidly growing health tech market, a team that combines the wisdom of doctors and different industries can challenge the creation of new businesses that will become the pillar of the company group in the future.

Hiring requirements

1. Experience in project planning (proposal) and promotion at operating companies, consulting firms, investment banks, etc. (5 years or more)
