Job Description

You will be in charge of new business planning and alliance planning for human resources services at the Human Resources Introduction Planning Division. From a medium- to long-term perspective, you will analyze issues related to human resource services and plan new businesses and services.

Hiring requirements

Those who meet one of the following: 

1. Consulting experience 

2. Business planning / business planning experience at operating companies 

* 1 and 2 focus on business analysis / business strategy planning / discovery / analysis-improvement experience To do.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 4.6 million yen to 8.5 million yen 

Monthly salary: 246,000 yen … 

* The annual income shown is the estimated amount for overtime work of 40 hours a month.
