Job Description

As general manager of the company’s new graduate recruitment department, you will be responsible for planning, planning, and executing strategies and tactics in order to successfully recruit 450 new graduates.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 8 million yen to 12 million yen 

* Preferential treatment according to regulations, taking into account experience and ability. 

* Annual income includes 20 hours a night work allowance (for hiring as a supervisor), 

annual salary system (paid in 12 splits ), annual salary increase (October), promotion (as needed), transportation expenses (Up to 50,000 yen per month).
