Job Description

In the new business area (FinTech business) that will be responsible for the company’s future growth, I will leave the work as a project manager.

Launch of FinTech business in salary / reward area 

1. General construction of business scheme 

2. Service branding 

3. Selection and construction of partner companies such as payment system

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: ~ 12 million yen 

* We will give preferential treatment according to regulations after considering experience and ability. 

Annual salary is divided into 12 parts * Annual salary includes 45 hours of fixed overtime. Additional overtime work over 45 hours will be paid. If the annual income is 5.4 million yen and 450,000 yen per month, the fixed overtime is 115,000 yen per month. 

* Remarks on job type: There is a possibility of becoming a planning job. (Planning business type) In 

the case of a planning job, there is a possibility that labor discretion may be applied. The details of the work will be shown above or during the interview. 

Salary increase: Twice a year (April / October), promotion, transportation expenses (up to 50.000 yen)
